Founded by artist/producer Blee, Respect Your Legacy Records focuses on the creation and promotion of music from the Pan African Community. As a native of the volcanic island of Montserrat himself, Blee feels it is important to focus on the nurturing and development of talent from the Caribbean and Africa where there is a wealth of talent waiting to be discovered. While Respect Your Legacy Records does focus on artists from the Pan Africa community, it also recognises that any legacy worthy of respect is one that unifies and as such collaborates with artists from all over the world.
